Lance was very patient working with us! We had very specific things that we were looking for when purchasing our new home (land, out buildings, type of home, number of bedrooms etc.) along with location restrictions due to job requirements. It took us a while to find exactly what we were looking for and Lance was there every step of the way!

He helped with negotiations on purchasing our new home and making sure that we were getting a fair deal. He made sure that the inspection, final walk through, closing and all the other things that you don’t think of are painless and go with ease. He really does make the home buying process less stressful. Lance walked us through all the paper work and explained everything that was going to happen so that there would be no surprises. He has great communication and lets you know what is going on at all times. We have lived in our new house now for 6 months and he has checked in a couple times to make sure that things are going well.

Lance also helped us sell our previous home which I thought buying a new house and trying to sell the current house was going to be so stressful but he helped make everything a smooth transition. The buyer had a specific type of loan he was using and an appraiser came in and appraised our house too low (the lender even admitted to that) and Lance went to bat for us and got things to work out so that we got a fair deal.

He worked very hard for us and we appreciate all that he did for us in our lengthy efforts of finding our new home! We will definitely be referring him to friends/family/ acquaintances and anyone else who is looking for a honest and great Realtor!

As sellers, we felt Lance communicated well. He has developed a useful feature on his website for sellers to get feedback on showings. We felt Lance kept us well informed.

As buyers, Lance helped us buy the house we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. He arranged many details of our closing and was at closing to make sure everything went according to plan. We appreciated his honesty and integrity, we had no surprises.
